One Hundred Push Ups-Week 4

I have just completed my fourth week of the Hundred Push Ups Challenge. My days got thrown off a little bit so I’m behind schedule by a couple of days. I don’t know if the longer rest days has anything to do with it but the challenge seems to be getting impossible. The first day was pretty simple, but the other two were really really hard. I started the third day in the morning but could barely do 20 push ups, so I restarted them later that night.

I could only do 50 for my fit test, which is less than 2 weeks ago. I may do week four over again, or drop the intensity level down for the next week.

Day 1

Set 1: 21
Set 2: 25
Set 3: 21
Set 4: 21
Set 5: 32
Total: 120

Day 2

Set 1: 25
Set 2: 29
Set 3: 25
Set 4: 25
Set 5: 36
Total: 140

Day 3

Set 1: 29
Set 2: 33
Set 3: 29
Set 4: 29
Set 5: 40
Total: 160

Exhaustion Test: 50
